Good enough kit
I was very skeptical at first when I ordered this being that it ships from China, but I just had to order it only because of the looks. It came earlier than expected, exactly 18 days from when I ordered it, the delivery estimate was 30-45 days! It was packaged nicely, came with a free wristband.The jersey itself has a waffle pattern on it, almost feels like it's suspended over the skin, it's very light as well but somewhat thin. The print on it is very good, no ink smears. The bib shorts are your usual cycling shorts, but again the material is thinner than most. The padding is generous and does the job well. The seams are well constructed and non-obtrusive. When I put it on, it looks awesome!The sizing was a little tricky. I am 5'7" and 145 pounds, I normally wear size small and size 30x30 pants. I ordered the medium according to their sizing chart, and it fits just right, although the jersey fitted a tad loose. I probably would have gotten away with a small jersey. If you like a fitted look then order your usual size, if you want semi-fitted order a size up. I ordered from Sports Heaven seller, and they were so pleasantly easy to communicate with. I had a question about sizing and I got a response within an hour! It must have been morning in China when I sent an email at 11:30 pm CST, I contacted them again the next day and got a response that same night. I highly recommend and trust Sports Heaven seller.As stated earlier, I only bought this for looks and not for performance. I do silly rides a lot, charity runs, scavenger hunts, Critical Mass (it's a monthly Chicago bike ride); I would not recommend this for long rides, races nor training. It's good enough to wick moisture away, but not as good as your typical name brand kits. If you're looking for a cheap alternative to your favorite team kit and do not want to pay premium for the real thing, this is a good alternative. Again I do want to stress that these are replica apparel and not the real thing. On the other hand, one can save up and just wait for the real thing to go on sale. Either way, I am very happy with the purchase.
