The media could not be loaded.  Whilst the S21 is an incredibly beautiful phone, I still await the creative genius within Samsung to design an indestructible version of this phone (although I would unlikely be able to afford that version!) however,in the meantime, to find a product that ensures the phone remains protected but doesn’t detract from its original well-designed beauty, is a time-consuming process.Of course, I would rather be spending my time on more fun things, but a phone case is a necessity at this point in time. Especially if you care at all about maintaining a device which will likely command more of your attention than anything else you value.The TORRAS S21 Ultra does everything you could possibly want from a case like this, it certainly seems to do all that it says in the product description, but I noticed that in their video it doesn’t show how flexible the case is, so felt this was an important aspect to show. It’s soft rubber-esque nature gives the case an ability to flex and provides a great level of reassurance that it will absorb any impact. However, above all else and the reason why I’ve come back to TORRAS, is the customer service I experienced buying one of their screen protectors (which reminds me, I would recommend buying a screen protector for your phone in addition to the case). The TORRAS customer service was, in my experience, outstanding!The responsive, conscientious and professional service I received is certainly not something I’ve actually come across before, especially for this kind of product. Rather than asking lots of questions, it was more about finding a solution. It just provided me with the reassurance that if I were to have any issues with this case, TORRAS would be contactable and would do all they could to help resolve my issue.In that respect, an important point to note is that the case comes with a TORRAS card ‘ Let’s start a wonderful journey’; and on the back of this card it provides you with the details to register the case within 14 days of receiving it. If you do that, you enable their Lifetime Warranty.I never thought I would spend my time posting a review for a phone case, yet here I am, and maybe its lockdown, but I’m actually happy to do so in the hope that it might save somebody some time in making the right decision.

Brilliant case. Easy to fit on and protects the phone well.Nice and simple and does the job. Doesn't block any charging ports etc either.

This is an update..Having used the case for a few days, I am happy with it, plus it doesn't mark like some other cases I've tried..I don't think this case would offer a great deal of protection in the event of a a severe drop, but it does keep your phone clean and offer some degree of protection...I have tried a Samsung original silicone case which was sticky and greasy after only a few days...I threw it and purchased the Torras case which after more than a week is still almost pristine.

Not actually tried on phone yet obviously but I trust torras and case feels brilliant in hand so far.EDIT:It's a very protective case but for me it's a bit too chunky, I prefer cases to add virtually no size to my phones and unfortunately this one is a bit too thick

Had a Torras case for my old and now dead S9+ for the last three years and finally got a new phone so came back to see what they were offering for the S21 ultra... not disappointed at all. Lovely and thin but fits like a glove. I'm sure a previous review says it smudges which is ture but a clear case against a black phone, what does one expect? So I'm not complaining.

It looks good but when I put it on my wireless charger it kept slipping off and dropping on the floor so I've stopped using it now for that reason

Fits my S21 ultra perfectly. Nice rounded corners and no sharp edges.Feels very good quality with no flimsy areas like some other cases I have used in the past.Raised edges round the screen offer excellent excellent protection.

Tried 9 cases to get one that doesn't protrude too much around the curved screen or that is raised too much at the top pr bottom. This one is perfect.
