Portable and heats up fast to use at home or the office. I bought this for work to heat up water for my mushroom coffee. Works great but the volume could be a bit larger. Great for a regular coffee mug but I often use a larger mug at work so the I can stir much easier and this does limit just a bit on volume. Great product though just keep in mind if you use a larger then normal coffee mug you might want a bigger size.

Nice and small doesn't take up much space, boils water as fast as microwave .Perfect for cofee, hot chocolate or cup o noodles. Does not get hot to the touch, insulated well.

If you fill it all the way to the line, wait a minute or two before you open it, and be slow and careful. Otherwise boiling water will spray out. It's not a huge deal, you just have to be a little careful until you get the feel for it, but it's worth mentioning. The instructions do warn against over filling, but this happens if you're at the max or even a little below it, so just be careful.I ruined mine by trying to heat up some milk in it, but before that it was very dependable for months. It's very compact, good for travel. I do expect I'll buy another eventually. If you're only planning to use this for water, I think it will serve you well for a long time.Oh, the last thing I wanted to mention; cleaning it is kind of a pain. I mean, the plug is exposed, and there's not a cover for it provided, so you just sort of have to maneuver around it. So watch out for that.

Easy to use. This is not a cup. Reminder this is not a cup. Just use it to warm water. The top is not needed when warming up water but helps keep the temp hot. The top is not the best. It is not meant to carry liquids so it will leak out in your bag. Warms up water pretty fast. I’m a flight attendant so this is perfect and it fits in the top of my EZ bag lunch box. Very portable. Amazon does have smaller water heaters that are collasable but the water end up tasting like the plastic. This water heater taste regular once u clean it and use it a few times.

Worked for about two weeks, used as directed and with care, then just stopped. Doesn't last

I was boiling water and it never stopped, I turned off and few minutes I opened and all the water flew off, I was super hot. I ended up all burn. I so dangerous

I travel a lot for work and when I stay at large hotels, I don’t want to go all the way down to the lobby for my early morning coffee. This device allows me to make instant expresso and tea from my hotel room. I won’t dare use the coffee maker in the room, we all know it tastes horrible no matter what and you can’t trust if it’s sanitary. I use Cafe Bustelo instant expresso that comes in individual packets. I take my bottles water, pour it in, and turn on. I do not use the lid!!! I need for it, as I see the start of bubbles, I turn it off, give it 30 seconds to cool, then add my expresso and stir. It’s wonderful! Also easy clean up.

Good for single cup of coffee or tea.
