I can spend hours on my phone playing games and looking at reels and checking in with Facebook, which means I get nothing done. I have tried a lot of tricks to keep me more mindful of my phone usage, but I still get sucked into it far too often and get nothing I need to do done.This little cell phone jail has changed all that. When I realize I am falling down that rabbit hole of technological distraction, I pop my phone into the jail for an hour or so, and I get stuff done. Simple as that. Make the phone hard to put hands on, and problem is solved.Now I need one large enough for my TV remote.If you have problems with self-control when it comes to your phone, this definitely helps.Some tips: make sure you do not accidentally lock your phone when you put it in the case. I have done this on more than one occasion and have missed a call or two I needed to pick up. I can answer calls even with the phone in jail. As long as face recognition works, I can also use Siri to call out, and I have my Alexa device linked to it and can use it like a hand-free device if needed. Talking on the phone is not my problem. Candy Crush is the problem.If you really want to stop use of the phone, put it face down in the jail.I find for me that locking it up for hour-long intervals works well. I can take a brief break ( I set a timer), check FB, play a game or two, then lock it up again. One weekend I locked it up for 3 hours, and that was annoying.I can see this working really well with kids. If the kid breaks into the jail to get their phone, take the phone away until the kid has worked off the cost of another phone jail.

I actually had anxiety for the first time I used this lock box. I tried to use it for 10 hours a day it seems to be working very well for me. I also get a lot of things accomplished without the phone in my hand every minute of the day.

This is literally the sightly more expensive iDiskk phone lock box so if you're choosing between the two, get this one.Everyone on Amazon seems to order the same products from the same factories for their so-called "brands," and in this case, even the other logo is still on the box.Product itself seems okay, not very sturdy but I expect that from anything I order off Amazon.

El producto cubrió mis expectativas, tiene excelente diseño y una construcción robusta pero tengo que hacer un señalamiento, lo compré para un Galaxy 22 Ultra y solo cabe si le quito la funda protectora y eso es bien incomodo, les sugiero agregarles unos milímetros de ancho para que esto no suceda.

It worked well but for $25.00 you would expect it to last a while. It already broke! Very flimsy.

The media could not be loaded. The purpose of these items is to stop use of phone. Well it doeant do that. Theres 3 very large holes on the front, allowing use of most of the phone. On top of that it makes it that much easier to break and get into. My kid took one finger, put it in the front top hole and pulled...boom whole thing cracked and phone was no longer locked or secure at all. Waste of my money.

It’s actually way nicer than I thought it would be seeing as I picked one that was cheaper than the rest but it gets the job done it’s really nice I love the look of it it does have an emergency release button if needed which I also love but this is perfect if you’re trying to teach yourself discipline
