The overwhelming downside of this product is the incredibly annoying and loud circus music that plays every time you turn the aspirator on. The music automatically plays at a volume too loud to have close to an infant's face and it takes several seconds of device menu manipulation to turn the sound off. You would think that once the music is turned off, that the setting would be permanently changed and not play once the device is turned off. Nope! It returns to factory settings as soon as the aspirator is turned off so when it is turned on again you will need to go through all of the menu options, which includes holding the menu button for more than 3 seconds while the music plays, again to shut the circus music off.There is no reason that the settings should be so difficult to change. The designers didn't account for parents trying to suck snot out of their child's nose at 2am in the dark while trying not to wake up the entire household.The aspirator has 3 suction settings and defaults, just like the music, to the middle setting. The highest setting works well for cleaning out some slightly sticky buggers and the middle setting is OK for runny noses. The lowest setting is completely worthless. For heavy congestion, a traditional ball aspirator works better and the aspirators you use your own mouth suction on work best. . . but are still gross.This product was not worth the $35. The terrible music and poor menu design really are bad enough to downgrade a decent 4 star product to a 2 star disappointment.

Item didn't work. It turned on & made music, but little to no suction. We even added saline spray, tried different nozzles and made sure everything was tight & lined up. My daughter was quite disappointed. She liked the music and the fact she could do it herself. We even tried it at different angles and even went pretty deep (told her to tell us if it was at all uncomfortable). My hubby tried to take it apart and do it himself, but to no use, it just didn't suck! THEN they've sent an email almost everyday. I really don't appreciate that. I can see maybe a msg when you place the order saying if you have problems, then maybe 1-2wks later asking for a review. But they got what they wanted a review, since my email said that their records showed I didn't leave a REVIEW!!! annoying at best.

I bought this for my son who gets sick a lot. The hospital had recommended the nose freida but it's kind of disgusting. I can't do the whole suck it out yourself thing. This is much better. It has constant suction to clear everything out of your little ones nose and even plays music to drown out the sound.

Baught this nasal suction for my 1month old who was having severe congestion thinking it would have more suction power then the other battery powered one I paid $20.00 for. Yes this one had 3 suction speeds but it worked the same as the other and did nothing for my daughters congestion to get the mucus out. Believe it or not my $20.00 even worked better on my 5 yr old special needs child then this one.

The only reason I left a star is because I had too. Well I received this lil gadget in the mail and I'm highly unsatisfied. I've purchased this for my preemie because she has some nasty congestion and it barely work 😡. There's little to no suction at all. This was not worth my $30. I will be returning it.

Shipped very quickly. Seems like a good product. Made well. My toddler won't let me use it on him. But it's seems handy to have around. Will update my review when I do use it.
