Davines LOVE Curl Conditioner, Enhance and Control Curly and Wavy Hair, Weightless Volume and Softness

Great curly girl conditioner. I was happy to find this available on Amazon because I had started using it in Denmark and it works for my hair, more wavy on top and tighter curls underneath.

This is perfect for curly hair! I have a perm and it tames the frizz and keeps my curls nice and smooth. 10/10 recommend!

I got this a while ago and use it almost daily, and I still am not even halfway through it because it you need so little of it when you use it. It’s very light and makes my curls pop the way other conditioner doesn’t. It also smells so clean.

I bought the shampoo and this conditioner together and do love the product. I was using Aveda before and decided to switch to using this because my salon uses this product. It had a moisture to my curly thinner frizzy hair. I also condition every because my hair is generally not workable a second day and I’ve been so use to washing every day I just can’t not do it especially if I’m going to work!! However I feel this product has allowed me to go for a day in between if I need to because it doesn’t make my hair so dry and it makes it much more moisturized than Aveda I was using before. I’ve no longer had to use spray leave-in-conditioner and I can easily comb thru my hair after washing and conditioning. At first the fragrance of it was strong but I’ve gotten use to it and when I blow dry I hardly have much scent after which is fine but it’s still subtle for people to notice the good scent of it. The packaging (square tub) is great for home, But makes it less packable for traveling. Otherwise the product is great!

I have very fine and dense hair and Shirley temple type curls. I love this conditioner. There are only two cons: I don't like having to scoop it out with my hand, and it is very expensive hence 4 stars). I buy it, though, because it's just the right consistency and it does leave my hair feeling very nice. I'd give it 5 stars in terms of how it actually works.

... HOWEVER ... I would think that if I'm paying $34 for a small container of conditioner and shampoo, they could be a little sturdier.I know, I know... I want to save our Earth as well! And believe me, Davines... You, TOO, can help save the Earth while simultaneously making a sturdier container for your loyal customers... Loyal customer paying what, $4oz? So that if two ounces leak out because the container is so paper thin, and inflexible, it cracks quicker than cheap crystal...I mean, that's not a good way to keep customers happy... That's a lot of product and money to lose due to cheap containers.AND CAN WE PLEASE TALK ABOUT THE SPRAYERS??You know... The ones that would cost about $.05 more each to have larger spray holes made into the nozzle.Why would we want something as ridiculous as that?!? Perhaps because the luxurious product that you produce is so thick clogs it up on the 2nd spray, and it just globs onto the floor (bye bye $4oz again!) or on our finger and we have to try to wipe it through the hair, then.... I mean, don't you have superdyduperdy smart engineers and purchasing managers and stuff?I know retooling a machine is costly - HOWEVER, pool it with several other high fashion hair care companies that your copacker/brand is already working for... Work out a product and production schedule over say 6mth and it's doable.

Love that it arrived well protected! Everything was in perfect condition really appreciate the care in packaging.

So I love Davine’s styling products but this conditioner was definitely not for me.For reference, I have naturally wavy/curly hair that ranges from 2B-3B. My hair is medium density, and low porosity. I live in a dry climate.The scent on this conditioner is just very in your face. I don’t mind scent in my products, but this one was heavy and strong. It wasn’t a bad scent, just wayyyy too much for me.The product itself is probably better suited to people with high porosity hair. It was a little too thick and weighed my hair down. It did provide good slip though and I was able to easily detangle my hair. It just was a little too heavy and the scent was too strong for me.Customer service was excellent though when I returned it. They refunded me, but allowed me to keep the product, so I gifted it to a friend who has more of the hair type for it!
