For the price they’re worth it. I’ve been using these for my knees while doing at home pt. I started using the medium daily, and it broke after 3 months. The heavy I started using daily 4 times a week, and when the medium broke I used it daily. I was able to get almost 5 months before that one broke. I’m still able to use the extra heavy daily. Thus, to me, for the price they’re worth it. Guessing I’ll get another few months of the extra heavy, and then have to buy new bands.

As someone who’s worked out with weights for years I was really surprised by how good of a workout you can really get with a few rubber bands. I’m older now and these are perfect for maintaining even building muscle. I had a full gym in my basement but my kids are growing and out on their own so I got rid of my big house for a smaller ranch, no room for a gym.
