Reevu FSX1 Rear-View Modular Helmet Reevu, the technology-leader in rear vision helmets has introduces the worlds first rear view modular helmet system. Reevu has been the industry leader in rear view technology with their patented mirror system, manufactured from a reflective polycarbonate material rather than glass The polycarbonate material is almost impossible to break, weighs less than glass and provides additional safety and comfort to the rider. The mirror system essentially bends the light around the shell of the helmet, offering a clear view of whats behind. The Reevu System works just like a cars rear view mirror offering awareness of the road ahead and behind without making a conscious effort as both are simultaneously in your field of view. Full face helmet ECE ONU 22-05 and DOT approved

Great Concept, Cheap Construction
I wanted to love this helmet. Having a direct view behind you is awesome and made me feel a lot more spacially aware. I read the reviews about the distortion complaints and having to turn your head for other lanes, etc. But it pretty intuitive and if the car is big in view, it is close....simple. most of my problem with it has been build quality. I've only used it for a month now and there is major separation to the inner lining from the impact foam and the peeling away of the faux leather surface on the chin strap in the back. I would much rather pay more for this helmet to have better build materials than get this technology on the cheap.

Steps in the right direction..
Been riding with it for about a month now, and still getting used to it. I like the quick chin strap disconnect, but it sits weird on me. Not sure if it's just a padding issue or what. I forget about it very shortly though. The rear view mirror is hard to use with sunglasses. I have to push with my nose to be able to see it. When you can see using the mirror, it can be a little dim/hard to see, especially at night. In the technology's defense though, I would rather have it that way, than blinded. Not the fault of the setup, just is what it is.My ears fold when I put this helmet on, but not on my previous helmet. I tend to have to readjust to get it comfortable. I seem to hear more road noise with this helmet as well. Not at 5 stars, because I am not completely satisfied, but I am ok with it.

Unique feature but left more to be desired.
The rear view feature works and it is excellent. The hemet itself is light weight and nice looking but the sizing is bit weird. It sits nicely on my crown but large on the sides that tends to move even with the extra face padding. The interior is removable but not much cushioning and airflow is non existent. Adding bt needs a lot of working around especially with the neck curtain and the leather holding the strap is very thin and breaks easily. Wished it’s unquie feature would be in a helmet of the quality of Shark, Arai or Shoei, but it is a decent helmet for the price
