Customer service was fantastic. This pip looks great, just like the genuine pearl in the day. At night you can see the lume is off in color. The blue is a darker shade than the real thing.As far as fitment, it was close. I had to use a dremel and a diamond bit to clean up the hole a bit in the ceramic bezel. Not too hard but did require special tools.
