Feels very premium for the price
Bought this laptop for university, note that I run windows 11 home not in s mode, this is because i use programming languages such as Rstudio and MATLAB for my university course.PROS:- lightweight and thin- amazing build quality- really good keyboard and trackpad- really nice aspect ratio for the screen, makes it really good for having multiple windows open especially while coding- good battery life- responsive touchscreenCONS-speakers in hinge makes sound kinda muffled when laptop on lap- fingerprint sensor very temperamental, ie never works when you have wet hands or in certain positions...- no keyboard backlighting- screen is 720p but honestly you dont really notice it- no HDMI port so will need a dongle if that's important

Good Laptop
Is this expensive for what it is, maybe but Laptops seem to be pricey these days, especially if you want the touchscreen, which I really insisted on.Its very quick and quiet and the fan noise isn't too much and I hardly hear it.Con:*I didn't realise it wasn't wide screen, and that's taken the most getting use to. It really upset me for a few days, but i'm use to it now.*The screen has a noticeable grey line when you drag your finger down it. Eventually you stop seeing it, but it is there.*The battery isnt 13hours.Pro:*Its fast*Keyboard is nice*Nicely made*Touchscreen is responsive.*Fast start up.I am glad I bought this, but it seems a lot of money - seems like thats just the norm.

Great laptop!
Great laptop! Currently doing my Masters degree and it is very practical. Battery life is a tad short but that is no big deal - also this isn't a gaming laptop if you're a PC gamer. I am not a PC gamer so it is perfect for me.

Slow. Pesters to use Microsoft products. Return process purposefully difficult
Slow - can’t handle a few excel and PowerPoint files.Pesters to use Microsoft products - incessantly asks to use Microsoft products instead of google which is just annoying and you feel like they’re trying to trick you into it Return process purposefully difficult - return via UPS pick-up only. Absolutely no comms from UPS or seller. Apparently you’re just supposed to stay at home waiting by the door for three days, just in case UPS turns up.To top it off it’s advertised that the next upgrade to Microsoft is free. I assumed Microsoft product would come with Microsoft software, like Apple comes with IOS…but maybe I’m just stupid.Thankful to Amazon for the trial.

A good quality and well designed Windows laptop
The Microsoft industrial designers have clearly studied the beautiful and functional MacBooks and MacBook Air designs. While it doesn’t match the Mac experience, it’s a significant advance on many other Windows laptops. An advantage with buying a Microsoft machine is the limited amount of useless, free-trial software that many Windows machines have. Of course it has a trial of MS Office as you would expect, but many people will choose to buy a subscription or one off purchase anywhere. It’s a stylish laptop, with a good keyboard that does not look too embarrassing in the company of MacBooks.
