Best headphones ever!
Genuinely the best headphones I've ever had. Sound quality is amazing, noise cancellation and awareness mode is spot on, connects to phone easily, charges quickly.For me, in ear headphones have always fallen out, as a HGV mechanic in a sweaty environment it was always a no go. These headphones however stay in your ear all day, awareness mode means you can hear people around you as well as your music (good for walking late at night).

Can't leave the house without it!
With all the hype of these small wireless earbuds, I would always lose them... with this one having a very basic and out of the way wire, I've not lost them once! and with brilliant noise cancellation and sound quality I just cannot leave the house without these! especially for the long trips! it can charge straight off your phone or any USB-C port, making the already long lasting battery last all that much longer! I cannot reccomend this product enough to people, best value for some wireless earphones!

Audio voice prompts are in Chinese.
Very disappointed the headphones are great sound good and fit my ears well but all the voice prompts are in Chinese and there's no way to change language to english. No where on the Amazon listing was this mentioned so i'm very annoyed.

Excellent quality, so pleased with this purchase
These are the best headphones I've ever used. Sound quality is superb. Noise cancellation managed to block out the sound of the tumble dryer. Charge very quickly. Comfortable to wear as long as you use the correct size ear pieces - 3 sets to choose from included. A bit on the pricey side, but as long as they last a while, it will be a great purchase. Build quality seems excellent, so fingers crossed.

FreeLace Pro not charging, tried all advises from internet. Used them only few times.
