Fabric is soft, it works by distributing the weight all over joint relaxing pain for elderly and those with intense workout habits, the strap is also good 8 forgot the exact name but will work good for long time easily to wear and remove although first time could be difficult in figuring out how to wear 10/10 recommended over cheap knockoffs
