Works well on carpet
I've only used this on carpet, shiny side down glides fairly well.

Sliders that don't slide
Don't slide very well unfortunately, have tried on 3 different types of carpets in my house and to be fair, the other side isn't great on my laminate either. Shame as I was hoping they would be good

Easy to learn how to use.
It is amazing. š Easy to learn. It is a challenge to do some wotkouts. But because I am a beginner it will take time to build my strength. I love it.

Doesn't glide
Got the 9" gliders for better hand and foot placements. Unfortunately, they didn't glide on low pile carpet or on mats. Returned to Seller.

Good value for price
Good value for the price however quality is not very upto the mark. I got this to train my clients however i felt it was not very smooth on rubber floors of gym.

Given as a gift to a friend who has recent knee surgery. They are very pleased with the product and find the knee feels better after using.

Fantastic!!
I received these a while ago and just decided to put them to use because I need my core strengthened. WOW!! I got Youtube going on my TV and found Glider Exercises and am happy to see these really work. I'd pause for each exercise and they were really working my core. It will take a while before I can do more reps. They're inexpensive and worth buying. I would recommend these to anyone who wanted to tone their body and build Core strength. I am really amazed and very pleased with my purchase>An update: You know they are working and doing what they are made to do when the muscles you worked are so sore the next day you can hardly do them the next day. GREAT PRODUCT. So glad I bought.
