This is a nice simple little book to get you started, I wanted to make coconut water kefir and lime with mint, with some practice, using this book I'm sure I will master the process, there are a lot of really nice and simple, well explained recipes, and you can't beat the price.I

The cranapple kefir recipe was very good. For the most part, this book is good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I would have liked a much more comprehensive book. Some info is given, and there are many recipes. But I would have liked to see more recipes and more in depth sections on the technicalities of water kefir, going much deeper than they do. That said, compared to the page length of other water kefir specific books that Amazon was advertising, if I recall correctly, this one was the longest. So it's probably better than the others.

I look forward to making my own Kefir. I love fermented foods and appreciate the recipes in this book. I get a little scared when fermenting, thinking that I'm going to mess it up. I appreciate a recipe to follow.

This book is okay. A good intro to water kefir. It was free when I bought it and I was happy with the info it gave me. I don't think I would have been happy to pay for this book--it is little light on content.This is my first time making water kefir and this book helped me understand the how and why of making it.If it is free go for it, if you are paying for it keep looking.

I ended up tossing it out. Never thought it got to the place where it was something I liked the taste of or wanted to drink. To each his own.
