After suffering with allergies as long as I can remember, and the constant need for a drug to help me, I finally found this. QBC Plex has simply amazed me! I always keep a bottle in my apartment or when I'm traveling at all times. I developed an allergy years ago that doctors could not identify as to its source - I took countless allergy tests, but my hives and atopic dermatitis were agonizing! At first, Benadryl was my go-to choice, but when you are having to take it throughout the day for just a little relief (and end up falling asleep at your office), I knew I needed to find an alternative solution. This has been almost a miracle for me! I started talking 2-3 pills about 3x a day and the "blisters" on my hands started going away, I wish I found this product 10 years ago! Thankfully I rarely have an outbreak on my hands anymore, but when I do, I pop 2-3 pills right away. I haven't experienced any side effects and don't know the cons of taking this long-term.

I have mild interstitial cystitis which I control with Prelief, but some days, I have to take a LOT of Prelief, and it's a hassle to have to always make sure I have enough on hand and to carry it with me everywhere I go. I had read about quercetin for IC and thought I'd give this a try. To my surprise, I've taken one capsule (only 250 mg of quercetin) in the morning every day for the last 5 days and have not had to reach for the Prelief once. I think the recommended dose for IC is 4 times that much. I'm sure quercetin doesn't work for everyone with IC, but I wish I hadn't waited so long to try it.(In case it helps any other IC sufferers, I call my IC mild because I had been able to control it 100% with Prelief -- I have not had to make any dietary adjustments other than cutting back on coffee, and my IC comes & goes, so that I might have it for a few months and then it will go away for a few months. On a good day, 2 caps of Prelief did the trick for me, on a bad day, I might take 8-12 caps. With the Prelief, I was often "chasing" my symptoms, with the quercetin I don't have them at all.)
