These casings are of excellent quality
The casings are of excellent quality. Be sure to soak them in warm water for 1/2 hr. prior to stuffing.I used them for homemade summer sausage- processing in an oven to 160 deg. internal temperature and then placing the sausages in a smoke house for 6 hrs. (low heat). The product came out perfectly!! No problem with the casings whatsoever.
