I am an avid gardener and spend about 20 hours a week on minimum out in the yard. Most of the time it's weeding, but I do a lot of projects involving digging, hauling rock, handling pavers, pruning, and brush removal.On top of this, I am not a petite girl and do not have lovely lady hands. Instead, I'm built like a tank (which is great for hard labor) and have always had to wear my dad's work gloves (who is a logger.) But even with his, I go through two, sometimes, three pair a gloves a year. They normally wear out at the fingers but also tear at the wrist from me tugging to get them on my hands.No more.I am so happy that I spent the time here on Amazon to try to find this year's victim. These gloves are perfect for me. They FIT, they are tough, and most of all, they breathe (I live in Texas, Lordy, the heat, l sweat from pores I didn't know I had.)I really can't recommend these enough and for the first time ever, have not bought three pairs at a time! Once received I immediately notice the great quality of these gloves. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. In the summer months I have a problem with my hands swelling, especially the right so I ordered Women's XL. After trying them on, they were a little roomy, especially the fingers. The seller took it upon themselves to contact me after purchase to check my fit. I explained my hand swelling situation. They had me recheck my measurements and suggested I downsize. The medium would be perfect if not for the swelling so I'm trying the Large. The fingers may still be a little long but I have nails that need protection too. I will follow up once the Women's Large is received. Can hardly wait to play in the dirt again.FYI: There was NO deal made for my feedback!

These are durable. I've been using these gloves 2-4 times a week for a year now and there's barely any wear, just a very tiny bit at the fingertips (and only a couple of fingertips). Given how I've used them (pruning roses, digging in the dirt, carrying debris, etc.) I would have expected much worse. I find them comfortable and easy to work in. This morning I washed them out by hand and hung them out to dry in the sun. They are still supple.

I bought these gloves last spring for use at my beach house. They were perfect for the type of scrappy weeds and vegetation that grows along the shore. I put them away for the season and brought them back out a couple of weeks ago to tackle the weeds that had taken over my gardens during the winter. After a morning of hard work, I noticed one of my fingers had come through the end of the glove. I was disappointed and on a whim decided to contact Royal Hold to see if they had a remedy for my situation. Well, much to my surprise, they offered a new pair of gloves if I would send them a photo of the flawed glove. I sent the picture and within a week, I received the new pair. What incredible customer service. No hassle. They were only concerned that I was happy. I would recommend them not only for a great product, but for going the extra mile to please their clients.

These gloves are tough, but comfortable! I'm taking a break from ripping up a very thorny bush to write this review. Gloves: 1, shrub: 0.I'm used to wearing cheap cloth garden gloves. Dirt would penetrate the cloth and get under my fingernails. So far, my hands are still very clean! The gloves might run a little small, but they're comfortable.If these gloves wear out, I would buy them again.

My new garden gloves just arrived, and well... they fit like a glove! They feel comfortable and look very durable! As a Master Gardener, these gloves will truly be put to the test and I think they'll pass with flying colors! I usually wear through the fingertips of my garden gloves, but the extra reinforcement in these look as if they can take the hard use! Very pleased!

I was really looking forward to these gloves working for me. I ordered these because I've had it with gloves that are too long in the fingers and/or too wide in the fingers and hand. I measured my hand at 3.25" so I ordered the medium size that says 3.2". Be advised that the measurements in the size chart photo are the absolute maximum hand width for women's hands. My hands are average thickness for a woman, but if you have thicker than average hands for a woman, order a size up (fluid retention, arthritis, hard working, etc.).These fit me so snug at .05" over the size chart that my fingers started to tingle and I had pain across the back of my knuckles. After examining the way the gloves are made I discovered the banding across the back of the knuckles to be putting pressure on my knuckles causing the circulation and pain issues. The banding is a stiff vinyl like material that does not flex. The stitching of the band inside the gloves has just enough bulk to cause the pressure. The large is 3.7" since I don't need any more oversized gloves, I opted to return them.If not for the bulk under the knuckle band, I would have given them 4 stars.

These gloves are amazingly comfortable and flexible! It's so hard to find gloves to fit my tiny hands, but these fit like a glove ;) (sorry.) Unfortunately, I work in shipment and these gloves lasted me about a good month before the holes start to tear at my fingers and the non-slip started to fade away. But I would definitely recommend these gloves to anyone who has trouble finding one fitting and actually comfortable to wear! Just a bonus, I really love the color scheme!
