This paper is perfect! I used it to line my charcuterie board and it worked great!

After diving into the world of electric smoking, one thing because very clear: consistency. Charcoal has better flavor but can dry out or hit the high temps much faster. Wrapping in paper distributes juices and with it, flavor but beware it DOES leak thru which is why I now have a patio paver cover to catch droplets.

We used this paper under the charcuterie board we did for a baby shower, and it was perfect. The foods did not soak through and it stayed put on the table. I would definitely suggest this. I recently used it again for a bridal shower to write on for a sign and it was perfect for that as well. I will definitely get my use out of this roll for many things. You should definitely try!

Perfect for creating a charcuterie setting beyond the size of my normal cheese board. This was a huge hit at the party. The roll is a perfect size and I have it stored in a huge plastic bag for future gatherings.

Great butcher paper

Not a bad value for the price, but not as thick as another brand I've purchased in the past. A good choice if you're looking for the most bang for your buck in terms of square feet of paper, but I'll likely be going back to the brand I previously ordered simply based on the thickness of the paper.
