TwoUp v1 to ThreeUp v2 3D Printer Conversion Upgrade Kit

2/22/16 Review Update:I originally wrote a scathing review regarding Q3D and this product as the description clearly states that the package will come with a Y coupler for the additional z axis stepper motor you'd be adding to your two-up with this upgrade kit; well that part was not included when they packaged this up and sent it out to me.Multiple emails between myself and Q3D resulted in them accommodating the missing piece of this kit; late last night they emailed me that they would be priority 2 day shipping the missing part and throwing in a spool of filament "for my trouble".I still feel that this upgrade kit is in response to a major design flaw in the TwoUp printer in that there wasn't any proper support for the Gantry which resulted in so much sag that the printer was unusable. Once Q3D came up with this solution to that problem they should not have monetized this for their existing TwoUp clients - instead they should have supplied the upgraded parts free of cost just to resolve major issues and flaws that they had introduced via poor design. Put it this way, I purchased the Two-up v1 for about $350 out of pocket, now needed to purchase this kit to fix issues out of my control for another $75. In hindsight I would've completely avoided the TwoUp and Q3D and went with the $299 kit from Monoprice.For now I'll leave this review at one star until I receive the missing part in the mail at which point i'll update the review again.
