Privacy Preferred Hospital Gown (Large)

This gown is not really made with a non pregnant woman in mind...when you lay down it gaps at the chestline/near the armpit area allowing your breasts to be exposed. I was not happy. I would not purchase again

I brought this for my delivery and turned out the hospital gave a robe to cover over the hospital gown. But I wore this anyways and like other reviewers point out, the gown does not fit very well with huge belly - I had to hold the two pieces together with my hands while I walked around in the hospital corridor. But I got lot of compliments for hospital nurses for the look of the gown.

I was impressed with the overall structure of the gown, and even more so delighted in the price and that it had "nursing flaps"-perfect for what I intended the gown to be used for.. But it does sit poncho style so you're easily exposing your upper body. I desired something to cover ALL private areas. However, I sewed the sides shut leaving just enough room for my arms and it is now EXACTLY how I wished it!

When I was preparing to go to the hospital -- I did not know what to take with me. I found this item -- this was one of the best things I bought. I still use it now at home since it is comfortable as well. Do not go to the hospital without one!

I bought this for the impending birth of my baby. I LOVE how much it covers and will use after the baby is born while at the hospital but I will not be able to use during labor because it denies access to my back for the epidural.

The privacy gown was great for me to use at the hospital during the birth of my daughter. I was covered but it still allowed access for the nurses to monitor me. The only problem was I ordered the wrong size.

I couldn't wear this for birth because I ended up getting an epidural and so needed access to the middle of my back. It was great, however,for the rest of my hospital stay, giving access and privacy to al the right places. Also I got many compliments on the style,which made me feel good.

Was looking for something that my daughter could wear at home and in the hospital, this was just what I was looking for, used it as a pattern, and made some more!
