The thin ribbon cable lets the back of the device close without an issue.It has been running for 2 days now and nothings hot or showing any problemsThe device shows 2/3 battery bars so that lets me know it’s using an amount of power that is well regulated - excellent stuff, not wasteful

This is great. I like to keep the lantern on a 6 hour timer, but it was going through batteries. This works perfectly. I'll be buying more for other battery operated lights they I have.

I have several of these units, and they are used to replace the batteries on models and dioramas that I put together.Simple to use, you just use the provided batteries into the slots that used to hold regular batteries, and plug it in.They seem to work fine, and do not heat up or have any other problems.

Awesome. I have several (probably 8-10) of these in various configurations for AA, AAA, C, from various sellers over the last year and I like the USB version the best. The USB version gives me the option to keep it portable by using a charger for power like I use for my phone. So far I've only had an issue with one unit that quit working a couple weeks after I got it and received a refund. I highly recommend especially if you have items that go thru your batteries very quickly like I did.

We had bought some cute Christmas blow mold decorations from Target last year but their only downfall was they were switch/battery powered. We wanted them to be powered like a Christmas village setup wired to a timer. These battery adapters are GENIUS! The ribbon cable fits even through the tightest of battery compartment covers. No need to hack or modify the original product. Just put the batteries in and power up the ribbon cable through the tiny ac adapter and PRESTO! Yes they’re a little pricey but when you factor in the battery savings plus the convenience of not having to mess with turning the decorations on and off they’re very much worth it! Excellent product!

We have a set of 3 5ft witness that are in the front yard and when people come close they yell and cackle at them really loud and it's great to see the people jump! These ladies like to eat batteries like the candy we handout and we couldn't keep up until i found this!Unscrewed the battery cover one last time and installed the batteries, had to file the battery cover with a nail file so the cover didn't pinch the ribbon wire and supported the adapter that was plugged into the extension cord with gaff tape so the only tension was on the extension cord and got 2 weeks of no battery changes until they came down for the season! I'm proud of this purchase!

This AAA battery replacement power supply works perfectly in my three, previously battery-operated, candles. The flat ribbon which is connected to one of the artificial batteries is thin enough that the lead for the enclosure on the battery compartment can be put back in place.Considering I like the candles on all the time this simple power supply has already paid for itself in the number of batteries I have saved. Note I have three candles all battery-operated which each take three batteries. So I bought three of these power supply units.

Ordered this for one of my Christmas houses that is only battery operated, by mistake I ordered AAA instead of AA. Contacted seller and they were quick to respond and said I could return. Decided to keep it as it works with another of my Christmas decorations. Wonderful product will save $$ in batteries. Interaction with seller was great.
