Works perfectly with my Pi4. Makes sense to use one of these if you have a POE switch. Installation was straightforward and it should fit in a standard case.

Brilliant, cheaper and better than official PI HAT POE
Much preferred to the official Pi POE HATBigger fan, cooler temperatures and cheaper

Damages Pi 4 if you use provided mounting hardware.
Mounting the device to the Pi with the provided standoffs and screws causes a short. It fried my Pi4 and broke the POE hat.

Fitted ok to the Pi allows access to the GPIO pins and seated well on the four PoE pins, but did not power the Pi so returned
