Personally I wish they had made these Time Released or an Enteric Coating. This product works very well keeping the stomach at bay. I use these early in the morn with Gatorade 2 or water. I also take 2 peppermint/ginger/fennel oil capsule . Plus my other vitamins a little later. My Endoscopy done 2 yrs in a row the 1st was not good showing the inside of stomach looked terrible plus biopsy's showed no pre cancerous legions. I had to have it done the next year 2 yrs in a row. major difference. The gastro specialist Dr. asked me what I was doing. I told him this 100 billion probiotic everyday plus the peppermint capsules listed above...he had taken only 3 pics and the pics of my lining in my stomach looked great. It had a soft look plus good color to it. This is my results may not be typical.. My diet I have tried to have a cleaner diet to try to avoid inflamation - this product has done well. I buy 2 bottles and add them together to fill one bottle. - works

If you have any challenges with depression or anxiety or mood disorders this probiotic is really helpful. l bulgaricus is there really key probiotic strain for emotional health, which is in this product. But, overall it's a really effective product and pretty affordable and comprehensive enough to accomplish most everything you would need with a probiotic.

Great either as directed onlabel or in half doses... still gets you 50 billion CFU's, plus, daily servings can be extended when taking 50 billion cfu's instead of two tabs equalling 100 billion cfu's. Keep your gut bacteria in good standing at 50, or enhance it to 100. This product gives you a fair emount of good bacteria that can actually make a difference. .

I absolutely knew better than to buy this product. It was The 100, billion CFU's that sold me, but I just knew better. After receiving product and seeing the flimsy little capsule the powder is in, then reading it has fillers like rice flour and magnesium stearate, this is a very substandard probiotic and there is no way on this green earth that you are going to get 100 billion CFU's in your gut with this product. The stomach acid will chew it up, but I would bet shipping and handling and packaging has already lost many, many live cultures with this product. They do not include a prebiotic or list the substrates.There is no way to tell how many live cultures you are getting here, but I'm willing to bet it is nowhere close to 100 billion!

Surprisingly these probiotics work so good! The price for the strand count is amazing. I have stocked up on these.
