These are the ones to get, 1 capsule and it lasts super long, I’m not lactose but my gf is and after years of buying the small pack locally I decided to look online and see if they offered a bigger pack. Glad to see they did! I always end up purchasing a replacement when out, I end up buying 2, one to throw in my glovebox (when we go out) & one to leave at the home (when we eat at home).

I have a moderate lactose sensitivity and these seem to work for me. I've never taken one and drank a cup of milk, but they do work for me. When I have ice cream or soft cheeses or dishes that have heavy cream in them. I think they are easy to take and very portable, and the price is fairly decent in order for me not to have to worry about stomach troubles while out and about and still getting to eat all the foods with my friends.
