My report is limited as the item which arrived was a different make i.e. Donlim instead of Qweasd as shown on Amazon website The machine was late in arrival and all of the instructions together with the recipe book and guarantee were all in Chinese no english whatsoever, even the buttons on the machine itself were in Chinese which rendered it completely useless!!! I am very dissatisfied.

Instructions on both product and manual are in Chinese unusable unless you speak the language.
This item was ordered for use in the UKAll instructions are Chinese on both product and manual. Also the plug is non UK and I am unable to use product as I cannot understand the instructions or plug the product in. All this after waiting 3 months for delivery .....totally useless to me. Tge box arrived damaged and all attachments were missing Do not purchase!!!

Wrong product no English instructions.
Delivered the wrong item written in Chinese instruction which I don't understand. Took long time to be delivered very disappointed 😥.

Really annoyed that we purchased this product and everything including the buttons on the machine are all in Chinese. Will be sending it back as cannot find an English manual online.

Big disappointment
absolutely gutted, I had no idea this was coming from China, not only that, its all written in chineese and even the adaptor does not fit with our standard. I wasted money on this, instead I bought Panasonic and arrived withing 2 days and is absolutely amazing. This one is heading to the skip. I dont recommend!
