The rope is great. Unfortunately, I adjusted it just a tad too short. Now, I have to buy a new one. 😡😡😡Thankfully, it is very reasonably priced.Update: apparently the supplier saw that I had adjusted my rope too short and sent me a replacement for free!!!! That was a surprise. I now have a properly adjusted jump rope. Great product and great customer service

I was originally looking for a replacement for my Everlast leather rope, but they are currently prohibitively expensive. I found a leather rope at Ross for about $10, but it didn't look like good quality. What I was looking for was a jump rope that had ball bearings, enough weight in the rope, and durability. I hadn't thought about a steel rope, but once I saw the product description, it sounded like a good idea. For $8.99, this rope is a steal. While it's not quite as heavy as my old Everlast rope, it has a decent amount of heft to it. The braided steel wire is covered in a thick plastic cover that looks like it will last a while. As the description says, it's easy to adjust the length, too. All I had to do was pop off the end cap. Inside, there is a two-piece plastic ferrule that holds the rope in place inside the handle. All you have to do is slide them apart, side the inside ferrule to the new position, and then lock it in with the outer ferrule. Quick & easy. My only quibble is that I wish the handles were a little heavier.This product exceeded my expectations, and appears to be better quality than the other ropes in its price range.I've only used it a few times so far. I will update this review if anything goes amiss after I've used it longer.

I do jumprope when I do workout with my friends at the gym and purchased this for the training with my friends. One of my gym buddy really liked this jumprope, so I purchased another one for him. I brought it with me for my trips since it's light. The video was taken last weekend when I went to the beach for a day. It's a good exercise.

Huge step up from the literal piece of rope I was using to jump with. Works great - it's properly weighted, and cord spins freely inside handle to prevent twisting. Pop the end off the handle to adjust the length - super easy. One note - if you have too much length to fit inside the handle, don't fold it back inside. The cord won't spin inside the handle and you will end up with twisting as you jump. Solution - you can either cut it shorter, or simply leave the cap off the handle and let the cord stick out a little bit. I just received it so can't speak to durability, but after a couple of sessions I can tell you it has made my jump roping easier and more enjoyable. Worth every cent.

Only used for literally one jump and rope came apart! Upon further investigation one end was missing a sleeve for adjusting length. Looks like a good quality rope but missing pieces. -update seller contacted and resolved issue, rope works properly now!

Good jump rope. It is adjustable. I'm 5'3" so I definitely had to shorten my rope. FYI- you will need wire cutters to cut thru the rope. Scissors will not work. I have stepped on it quite a bit, and it came apart once but you just open up the handle and it is easy to fix. I have permanently ruined many jump ropes before this one lol.

Way better than the speed rope i had previously. I bought this because that one lost a metal piece that kept the rope on the handle. This is affordable, and so far durable and easily adjustable. Just pop the tab off the bottom and slide the stopper. It's not heavy, but not flimsy. Also, haven't tried it yet, but maybe you'd be able to put some ounce metal ring weights into the handle if you wanted it weighted?

i keep this rope in my gym bag all the time and use it at every single gym visit. this jump rope is a great item, the steel wire is covered so there is no steel wire to snap you, weight is perfect for the action, not heavy and not too light to make you struggle to keep to rotation going. easily adjustable for the length. handles feel good, can easily coiled and keep rolled with a velcro strap for storage.

Best jump rope I’ve used in years! It’s weighted perfectly, feels good. Can be adjusted easily, just add some tie wraps so you don’t have to cut it, or something to hold the extra rope together. We love em!

Nice product. Handles seem sturdy enough and changing the length is easy with their rope locking mechanism in the handle. Bought one set to gauge quality, then bought more of different colours.

Great jump rope, I use it all the time at the gym. I wouldn't say that the carrying pouch is much more than a large Ziploc but it does the job and keeps the rope neat in my gym bag. I'm 5"10 and the rope is just perfect for my height.
