The mat is not “felt” as indicated in the product name, description and packaging. It is a beige plastic mesh sheet similar to some drawer liners. It also does not have an “exquisite long box” as described. The box is about 10” x 6” x 2” with the mat tightly folded into a small bundle, though the creases do flatten out fairly easily. The mat is sticky so you can’t slide puzzle pieces or shift them around, you have to pick each one up to place it in a different position, very inconvenient. I did not even test the blow up tube or pump, am returning it.

Marketed as a FELT mat...what we got was similar to some drawer/cabinet liner, only cheaper. After sitting on our dining room table for a few weeks it left behind a residue that we still haven't entirely removed. Please don't waste your money.

It was great but not big enough for my large 2000 piece puzzle. I returned it in for a larger one. I did try it out and it seemed to work well, though I’m opting for a felt mat this time to see if there’s a difference. I feel like a felt one may hold up better over time and be easier to move.

This is a great mat. We felt it was super easy to use. The only complaint would be that the puzzle pieces stuck a bit to the underside of the mat as we unrolled it after it was rolled and stored away. Simple to replace where they belonged but we were a bummed it pulled away. Overall a great mat to use.

It’s not felt! How weird. The non-slip mat is a good idea, but I’m either going to have to return this, or supplement it with a big piece of felt that the pieces will slide on easily (which I just happen to have, for unrelated reasons). What happened here?

It definitely does what it says it does. I especially like the way the non slip mat holds the pieces in place so that you don't lose any. The only drawback is that I feel like I could have made my own version for a lot less money. It would make a good gift for a gift exchange though.

This is not at all how it is described. It is a cheap mat that seems to be the material of a drawer liner and definitely was low quality. I returned it right away.

Too flimsy to keep the puzzle properly together when rolled up
