AmazonBasics Elevated Portable Pet House - Small, Black

I have bought 3 of these, and I love them! I got a medium size for my German shepherd (he is small for a GS). He has plenty of room. I got 2 small ones for my 2 medium sized females (40 pounds). It is just the right size for them. My dogs are outdoor farm dogs, and these have been really great for them. I like that it is off the ground. Our decks are covered, but during the windy rainy season, it can get the whole deck wet. This helps them stay dry and out of the wind. It also keeps them cool because of airflow. It also stays pretty dry. Mine are not in the rain, but we had a roof leak right on the dog house, and it didn't get inside. So I would say it is water resistant for sure. The only thing I don't like is that the flaps on top don't have velcro to hold the flaps down in the wind. I live in a windy area, so they flap around all the time. I just use safety pins to pin them down, but it would be a nice added feature to have velcro to keep the flaps from flapping. I have had mine for about 6 months, and they use them every day. No holes or sagging. Good quality and yet light weight. Definitely worth the price.

Amazon Basics quality for sure.. Assembling was a piece of cake and even the small size was too accomodating for my 3 year old pug. [Can easily fit another dog without getting congested / claustrophobic]

Like: ☑️its easy to assemble when you follow the instructions correctly☑️The material is quite good & waterproof. I keep the dog house in the veranda in a corner. There was heavy shower & only the outer material got a little soaked👍☑️Since the bottom does not touch the floor it makes it easy to clean under the dog house.☑️Very comfortable for my dog as you can see in the photo.☑️ I ordered small size & still its quite big. Perfect for dogs but not for cats. It will be too big for cats.☑️My dog uses it more when its cold & windy as it gives protection but not so much when its hot as he likes to lie on the cold floor in the summer.☑️Before I purchased it I measured my Dog 📏📐 length of body + length of back to legs in order to get the right size.☑️You can open the top flaps to allow air ventilation during summer☑️So cute 😍 love the colour & it looks so clean & classy & neat!!!☑️Its quite strong & still staying strong now for a month☑️easy to clean wash with soap , brush & water & keep in sunlight to dry. No need to disassemble but remove only top covee & wash seperatelyDislike: ❌Too big for cats❌Not useful for teething puppies as they will bite & tear the cloth material❌Although there are screws provided only for the top shape of the dog house I wish they provided screws fir attaching the entire dog house so that it becomes MORE secure . But it still secure nevertheless.❌Winter season you will have to put extra cushion & bedding inside to make it warm. But its NOT an issue for me.❌The flaps will not stay in place during windy days so I STITCHED some button to hold it in place . You gotta DIY THIS PART. Or you can attach some velcro on the flaps . It will help them stay in place.❌The opening is quite big & has no covering so during winter I plan to attach some cloths on the sides with a curtain ring so that it can stay covered & warm.P.S : Even though it has cons but I still love it & SO DOES MY DOG🥰

It matches the description. Easy to assemble and good in size. But, I donot know how long it will last because my dog remains busy to finish it off. The fabric and Velcro need to be strengthened.

Our dog tore it up in one night. So turned out to be a waste

Could have improved the comfort part a little. My pet love it for the design.It’s definitely very well designed and easy to assemble wash and carry.But the base could have been more comfortable considering the weight of the pet

It would have been better if there was a separate bed only replacement ..or even like different parts of this product available separately.. the. This product would do good

This was so easy to assemble! Took me 10 minutes and I didn't even bother reading the instructions. Sturdy and really great quality. Very impressed.

J’ai commandé cette « niche » pour mon cocker anglais afin qu’il ai sa place à lui dans le séjour (et peut-être qu’il ne sera plus tenté par mes canapés 😂)Très facile a monter (moins de 10 minutes par 1 personne) et suffisamment légère pour être déplacée au besoin 👍 🐾 🐶

Hola ,buenas tardes he comprado la caseta para mí perra , personalmente no sabía cuál comprar si la talla pequeña o mediana .tengo un labrador mezclado con pastor mallorquín y pesa 38 kls ,viendo las opiniones anteriores me dio la impresion de que las tallas son grandes decidí arriesgarme y pedí la pequeña ,he de decir que me a ido muy bien ,mí perra cabe perfectamente y le gusta mucho estar hay ,lo he recibido antes de tiempo y todo muy bien ,por cierto el montaje me llevo no más de 30mn ya muy fácil de montar.
