My fur kids love it.. I got 3 for each of them and they use it every day.. very spacious for my Shih tzus.

This product is really good . I put my kitten in whenever needed , but as my kitten keeps switching sleeping places she doesn't use it all the time but it's definitely useful to carry your kitten or leave her closed while you are outside . The material is very good quality and it's very durable. I'm giving this review after 5 months of use .

Very sturdy and good quality product. Using for my Shihtzu for past 6months now.

Hinges are weak with plastic enclosure. If you're using it just at home this might be fine, but during travel, rides can get bumpy and I don't trust the interior structure as it can even hurt our beloved pet. I don't recommend this, get yourself some branded carrier than this seriously flawed product. I don't know how it keep its 5* rating despite an below average product.

So we have had this soft sided crate for a little over 2 mths and have only used it a few time. It is not used everyday. My tiny toy poodle managed to paw at the zipper and get out of the crate while we were out. The zipper is now damaged and the crate is now useless.

I bought this for the car journeys. We have two border terriers and it fits really well for the and the car (Honda crv) we are intending to use it as a travel cage also whilst on holiday so we don’t need to take their large cage. I have put a folded sleep mat in the bottom as it definitely would get destroyed otherwise from claws. The main fabric is really good and the mesh bits mean they can see out also. We actually leave the top unzipped so we can connect their harnesses to the seat headrests. I recommend this. Defo measure your car first. You can half collapse it to get it through your car door if needed.

This is perfect if you are holidaying away from home, particularly in settings like holiday cottages where you are required to keep your dog in a cage overnight. It is very easy to put up and fold down. Once up it is sturdy and roomy enough for a medium sized dog (we have a cockapoo). It does not take the room in the car boot that a metal cage does, nor does it risk damaging other luggage in the same way.

We bought this for our new 7mth Cocker Spaniel puppy to go on holiday with so he had a familiar cage to sleep in. Considering it's advertized as "basics", you think it might be cut price, or use sub-standard materials. Absolutely no way. This is really well constructed, cleverly thought out, very well stitched and the materials are very robust.Absolutely great purchase, well recommended!

This crate is a life saver. Perfect as a home from home for our little puppy and she loves chilling in it when travelling in the car. Highly recommended. My only drawback is that it doesn't come with a mat/bed that fits and finding a suitably sized bed/mat isn't easy to come by!

Perfect for my miniature dachshund with lots of extra room. Very sturdy and great value for money, better than previous ones I’ve had as she can’t escape the window vents.
