Leaves behind a residue on scalp. Very difficult to wash it off
This didn’t work for me :( I have fine-medium low porosity 3b curly hair. Whenever I use this conditioner after shampooing, it leaves a very visible white residue on my scalp. At first I thought it was the inahsi shampoo that’s causing this but later I figured that it was this conditioner. The residue left behind by this conditioner is not easy to wash out with water and a scalp scrubbing brush. I had to use a clarifying shampoo and scrub to get rid of it. Very disappointing!

I used to love this....
I did not buy this from Amazon, instead from the manufacturer's website. Not sure if my hair has changed somehow but I used to love this product. It was perfect for a short time. I then found that over time, I needed more and more of the product to finger detangle my hair. Now it just doesn't work anymore and find that for the cost, it is not worth it anymore if I am going from a dime size to 2 half dollar amounts just to make a dent in my tangles. The formula does seem to have changed although I was assured by CS that it has not changed at all. So it could be just my hair. The smell is great though! I do however recommend the Inashi gel custard. That stuff is wonderful!
