MELTING ISSUE?

HiI just placed an order, I haven't received the item or used it yet.However, after reading the reviews today, it seems like it has a melting issues around the lens as its made of plastic?What can be done to avoid this in the long term?All my lighting strobes are 400 , 600 and 800 Watts, will these cause the melting to this product?Pls let me know ASAP !Thank you
