A great little kit for period time. Easy to use and clean afterwards. Storage bag is a fab idea as is the tin for when out and about. Sponges are just a nice size and absorbent.

Iam super impressed with this product, great alternative to tampons, I use these for the gym for swimming and I haven't had any leakage, also Iam sensitive to traditional tampons and pads but I have had no side effects from using these.Definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately I didn’t realise how small they come at 3-5cm… they look ok, comes with a bag and a metal can for storage. I find them very small for the price. I don’t think I can use them.

This thing has changed my life. I never realised how simple life on period can be - thanks to the sponge! It really is the most comfortable way to go through your time of the month.

I ordered these menstrual sponges out of curiosity. I was surprised that they don’t come with instructions, although the necessary and very important information is on the product page. I feel that the sponges wouldn’t be practical for anyone at work or out for the day, as they need washing every few hours and fresh ones inserting. Not something you’d want to be doing in a public toilet! I also would be constantly worried that they weren’t absorbent enough or weren't going to stay in place, not to mention the actual removal of them. It all sounds a tad messy to me so I’ll be using mine for makeup removal. They’re just the right size for that and can be reused after washing them.

Very pleased with these. I've tried several different suppliers. These are a perfect size but most importantly texture which is very important to gain the maximum absorbency. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of trying this alternative to tampons. They are incredibly soft and kind and much better for the environment. With proper care these should last you for several months depending on your flow.

Tried this on my last 2 days of bleeding with the biggest sponge and still leaked through even though I only had it in for an hour!

I've suffered with horrid cramps when I use regular tampons, and I've found these sponges so gentle on my tilted womb. And they take a while to fill. One needs privacy and a sink close at hand to change them though. I definitely wouldn't use these on the move but I'm happy and comfortable to use them when I am at home.
