I purchased this product for my husband who is on Nutrisystem and is looking for low calories foods. I make him a quick spread (using a Peanut butter powder mix) and he LOVES this option. Now it doesn't have much flavor but what do you expect for 16 calories. I give them 4 stars because they come packaged fine - they actually came completely unbroken - but I would like to have a better closure to keep them fresh. I purchased 8 packs - so not sure how old they are or how long they will keep with this tie closure. I would love an organic option - I would pay more for it. But for it's a really nice crisp cake - better than a "rice" cake. once you put the spread or whatever topping you choose it pretty much takes the flavor of that and not the crisp itself. I like them. I will be buying them again - and it got me to start eating them too! The ingredients are few which is a plus - but since I lean on organic products - I would love to see at least the corn product organic. We will be reordering - I guess that says it all!

These "cakes" are a great substitute for bread ! Light with a hint of salt they hold up great when topped with lunch meats or hummus .... If you want a great lo carb option for lunch these are for you !

I have had these before, and can only say they are merely a vehicle to carry spreads etc. Don't expect taste. They're crunchy, so for dieting they are great. HOWEVER, I ordered them from Natural N'More on January 5, and today is the 20th and I have not yet received them! And I paid for shipping! They keep telling me it's coming the next day, then they say they're late. Very annoying. I would never order from them again.
