I’ve had a couple of waist trainers but this one is definitely the best quality. Strong material really helps with posture and lower back support also very good during cardio for that extra bit of sweat. I’ll definitely be wearing this during my competition prep and after.

Great double compression - there is one belt fortified with another on the top. It won't suit under the very tight dress as details will be visible, but it's ideal under the sportswear, or looser style clothes. My friend is wearing something similar nearly every day and her waist shaped up really nice after a while. But I assume it must be made a habit.I am studying in hunch my back all time. I don't mind to wear it to the library under the jumper, as a lower back support . It is sturdy with additional boning.I'll try get get the upper back support and wear those together.

I’ve had a few problems with my lower back partly due to poor posture & a history of sciatica. I bought this product after rave reviews and let me just say this is one of the best decisions ever I’ve made. My chiropractor recommended that I straighten my posture and already after one day of use, I feel an instant improvement. The pain in my lower back pain had also easer greatly as the belt has prevented me from exerting undue pressure there. I want to also mention that the belt is so comfortable and discreet, making it perfect to wear it to the gym, work and at home. It made me sweat loads too which is ideal for the weight I need to shift off my belly! For these reasons I highly recommend this item. Also the design and material allows you to adjust the fit which perfect as you lose weight along the way.

I was looking for belt to support my back during workout and also sweat a little bit more I have previously bought different sweat belts and all of them seem to stretch with time but this belt does what it says. You can adjust belt using straps on the side and feel the burn. I have worn this belt on back day and it felt awesome. Also sucked stomach in I wish it was a bit wider to cover lower abdomen but that's just because I lost over 40lbs in the past and I have some fat on my lower abdomen other than that it's awesome product and it's really cheap I highly recommend this ladies!!!!

Item was received today and is much better than I had expected based on the mixed reviews. There are 3 separate velcro fasteners, the master one to attach the belt around your middle then 2 extra elastic ones that then Velcro over the top. These are fully adjustable as is the master, so the item then provides excellent support. The product is high quality and has extremely secure Velcro straps. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend the product.I’m on the smaller end of a size 14 and went for the medium as I’m currently in a diet. I can do the product up just fine, however if you want just support and not waist training I would go up and buy the large as it will provide you with a bit more flexibility, if you’re waist training then the medium for me is perfect.

I have been using so many different brands of waist trainer, and they didn't last long. Even with the first use you could say they made from cheap materials. First impression of this one was SOLID! Sticky pads are good quality and hold the belt together very firmly! Top product. Highly recommended!
