I very rarely write a review for a product, only if it has changed my life and I feel really excited about it. I have had constipation due to taking pain medications and due to what I thought was a sensitivity to gluten I stopped eating all the whole wheat I use to eat daily, so not having the whole grains also contributed to my constipation. I found that if I stayed off "flour" of all sorts it forced me to eat more fruits and vegetables and healthier overall, if I did this then my digestion/constipation would get better but if I cheated or messed up at all I would get the terrible constipation and lethargy and body aches. I still have my gall bladder, unlike most people who left reviews, but after taking this product my digestion started to work again and I have NO constipation, I "go" everyday like clockwork and my energy is increasing every day. My mind use to be constantly on what I ate and on how terrible my stomach and my whole body felt, now on this product I don't even think about my digestion, everything has started to work again and I feel free from regiment and lethargy for the first time in many years. This product started my digestion working in just 1 day. I tried it because my mother had been terribly constipated for years, the doctors could not do anything for her except tell her to eat more fiber. My mother is one of the healthiest people, also healthiest eating people I know and she ate tons of fiber, still she only had a bowl movement every 4 days or so. I saw myself getting to that same point. Anyway, after taking these bile salts my mother was also cured in one day and has been better for over a year. Thank you! For giving me my life back. I look forward to my next blood test results to see if my cholesterol and liver function is better since this product helps with those too.

This product really works. Assist in Weightloss and prevents bloating. I’ve tried other products and was still bloated and was gaining weight. Every time I try some other products I would gain weight and no relief from bloating. I will stick with this product from now on. This is the only bile salts that truly works for weight loss, bloating and constipation for me

I read where this supplement helps the body absorb essential oils in food. I have been on it for 30 days, and it seems to work, but I think a larger sample time is needed. I still recommend it, but I suggest you give it more time to be sure.

I got my gallbladder removed when I was 16. I didn't have any problems for 6 years. The past three years of my life have been pure stomach h e double hockey sticks!!!! I have developed severe acid reflux since and just severe stomach pain in general. I had to take around 60 mg a day of prevacid to be able to function a long with ten tums a day. I had heard about bile salts about 1month ago and finally decided to give it a try because I had so much pain in my stomach and small intestine. I have been taking bile salts along with probiotics and only 20 Mg of prevacid and feel great. I haven't had any pain and I am so happy. I feel like finally I found something that can help me live a more normal life. Hopefully it will continue to work :)

If you are looking for something to help digest fats, this is amazing. I can tell that my body is able to breakdown & abdorb the nutrients it should be.

Like many people who have been through gallbladder surgery I wound up with digestive problems after the fact. Insufficient bile left my digestive pH level too acidic. I tried this product to add some bile back into my system and let me digest my food more normally. The bottle said to take 1 a day and that's what I did. Despite some queasy feelings after the first dose I did get good results. On the second day I got results which were worse than not having the product at all. This dosage (432 mg per pill) is just far too much for me to handle. The other bile salt pills that I see on Amazon are all less than this amount so I think that maybe I'm not the only one who can't handle such a large amount.
