I admit I became disappointed when I first applied this cream and did not feel any cooling. However, in a few minutes my hands I was applying with started tingling and later my feet too. I used other cooling feet creams before but this one beats them all. I do not know the percentage of menthol in it but from the effect I can tell that is high. This cream is not the best moisturizer, however, it is easy to find a good moisturizer and hard to find a good cooling cream. It is somewhat expensive but I feel it is worth it's price. The scent is out of this world. The delivery was fast. If you are looking for a great cooling cream, you just found it!

I was looking for something to relieve itchy skin! I was tearing my legs up at night and tried everything I could think of: grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, oatmeal baths, herb baths, eucalyptus oil.....some things worked a little bit, but the only thing that has relieved the itching all night long, (the itching was mostly at night), into the morning was this lotion by Natural Escapes! Not only does it relieve itching immediately, it leaves the body with an icy, mentholly feeling for an hour after putting it on! It takes about 3 minutes after applying to start feeling the tingle. This lotion might be good for women who experience hot flashes and I'm quite excited to try it this summer to see if it relieves the heat on the hottest days. After 3 minutes you will feel as if you are walking around in an ice freezer. Make sure you can make yourself warm by having a sweater on hand.

This is a great product that I've been using for more than I bought it for! It provides a great cooling effect for my aching muscles. I also started rubbing down with it before my exercise classes which helps a lot! It's also a great moisturizer that lasts a long time. Awesome product that I've bought a few times and will continue to buy.

Wonderful product! My lifesaver for pain and cooling relief!. This stuff seriously works!! Light, moisturizing, absorbs well, and calms the pain! If you suffer from psoriatic arthritis, this takes care of both the pain from the arthritis and the skin conditions.(itching, inflammation, redness, and pain). I've been suffering for years from this condition, and tried everything. This gives true relief for me! Just sayin.....;)

Natural Escapes has done a good job with their stuff and most of the products I have tried, I have really enjoyed. This one is good however, it is STRONG!!! You do have to use a SMALL amount and not load it up on yourself or you will end up with an extremely "icy" sensation wherever you applied it and it takes a LONG time to fade off. I actually use it after I shave to make my skin not as irritated and itchy. It doesn't cause any stinging as it mainly just causes a numbing affect for me. The pro with only using a tiny amount at a time is that it lasts longer and I'm always good with that. Also, make sure you wash your hands after applying or you'll have a cold eye or face. LOL. Learned that one the hard way. Overall, great product. The shipping time is pretty decent and I love that it's USA made and all natural too. Highly recommend!

This is my third jar of said product. My husband has arthritis in his hands and this is the ONLY cream that seems to help. Have a mosquito bite? Apply a small amount over bite and the itching will go away. Only drawback is the aroma, it does have a menthol smell, but no complaining here, it WORKS!

I like this as a foot cream. It feels so good rubbing it in on my feet. I do put on footies to sleep. My feet are extremely soft the next morning. I love the organic attributes. I've not had it long enough to tell about it reducing pain and inflammation yet. But the action of rubbing it into the soles of my feet relieves pain and alleviates burning. So I'm giving it 5 stars

I like it. I've used on my sore shoulder and hip. Seemed to ease pain. Got it for my husband because of neuropathy in his leg. He refuses to use because of the strong smell . But the strong smell doesn't last long
