The OBDELEVEN starter edition is great and it comes with 100 free credits. I have used it to clear faults like the oil change fault. Previously when I did my own oil changes I would have to take it to the dealer for them to reset it and they charged $50 for that service. This item pays for itself after 2 oil changes. It’s also good to have to check your car to see if you have any issues, prior to inspection time. Here in Virginia we need our vehicles inspected yearly. If it doesn’t pass, you have to immediately get your car fixed or get a 30 day rejection sticker and have 30 days to get it fixed. With this tool, you can see if the mechanic diagnosed it correctly or if they are just trying to take your money. I use it on my 2016 VW GTI and it is amazing. I would recommend this to all VW owners. Great product.

Outstanding fault scanner. Pretty easy to use, just connect it to car and add to to your iPhone OB scanner application and done. A must have if you want to save money by scanning your vehicle for faults that could potentially hinder your vehicles’ performance. So with that said, you get to chose to either pay someone to do it for you or do it yourself. I found an air Leak on my Audi MAF (that was and easy fix for me do take care of) and also, a BAD Fuel cap (see picture) actuator problems that I’m fixing once I get the part. Money saver indeed.

I've been using ODBEleven for my 2018 Audi Q5 for enhancements like making the steering wheel hotter and "sweeping" the needles when you start the car. It works great and the app is easy to use. You get 100 free credits and most 'apps' cost 10 credits, so you can effectively buy 10 apps before you have to pay for more or watch ads to get 5 credits a day.

Great product! It’s really unfortunate that cars don’t allow this much customization from the factory. Although it could be due to US safety regulations, either way it’s nice to configure my car the way I choose. It annoyed me to no end that my car would make binging and bonging noises for a solid minute after start up. No more! Also, i service my own vehicle, and could not remove the “inspection reminder” that pops up on the screen at 30k miles. After calling the dealership, seems it can’t be done without having the car brought in and paying a bench fee. Well not anymore, this device cleared the notice! Just buy it!

So many things about this I like and don’t. I’m giving a short review for the person who wants fast infoProsI was able to go through everything in my car. Engine, door, lights, trans, fuel, etcProgrammed many different usable things that I couldn’t before.ConsConnection from the device to the app took a bit.Credit system isn’t the best.Account setup took a while.

Speaking as a newbie, this module was easy to install and simple to navigate. I needed it to clear a fault when I replaced the license plate lights to LEDs, but discovered more functions and uses for it, like scanning for faults and the one touch coding apps. I’ve been able to activate features that I was told were unavailable by the dealership. Also, the next time I take my car in for service, I will be a better informed client.

It didn’t seem to work for me. When I went to the dealership and asked about it, they recommended to not use devices like these. I still like the idea of being able to access data that would otherwise be unavailable, but this didn’t seem to do anything for my car even with the shortcuts…

Would be nice if it had more apps added such as a forced burnout on the dpf. Would also be nice if it came with a booklet of codes for the different apps. Once you get the hang of it you can do quite a few things.
