I was upgraded to a more powerful battery for free, very kind seller.
I was very appreciative of receiving a better battery than I paid for. But it does take many hours to recharge. I can’t fly but every 6 hours. Been charged 4 hours and still ain’t done. Smh...

Customer Service was excellent!
I purchased a drone and extra battery at the same time. The drone was received damaged, and the battery was no longer needed. The customer service understood and returned the item without issue.

Port fell out.
This is a much better battery than what came with the drone. The charging port fell out of the original battery.

Unfortunately I bought 2 extra batteries for my drone and 1 of them will not take a charge..blinks for few seconds and then stops for few seconds then starts again?? The other batteries are awesome!!
