Easy and Perfect
My wife just moved from Europe and we had similar once, this product is amazing after seeing my wife use this item, my sister and mother loved this item, I already ordered single once for other members. Great product, it doesn't head up as quick as in Europe due to voltage, but amazing. Easy wax insert, easy roll on your body, put a strip and pull. Don't have to leave the house - and pay so much for body waxing.

Like it!
I saw that a lot of people said this doesn’t heat the wax enough but I disagree. The depilatory itself does not get the heat outside, but try and take the cartridge out of the depilatory and you’ll feel how hot it is! The wax was practicaly watery!

Worth the money!
One side is kind of iffy as to connection. As long as you make sure it is pushed all the way in it works fine. I think this makes waxing your legs so very easy and quick. I love it!

Only half will heat up
My product is half broken. The left side works but the right side red light does not come on when in the "on" position. I left it on and put wax on both sides hoping the heating element still worked and maybe just the light was out, but only the left side heats up. Disappointing, waxing will take me double the time since I'll have to heat up two rollers separately.

I really love this, my only issue is the cartridge holder ...
I really love this, my only issue is the cartridge holder can only hold as long as the wax left indicator is. Wish it was bigger. Still works great
