Would be 5 stars if customer service helped me more... I installed this inside my storage shed that does not have electricity. (Light inside, solar panel mounted outside).The building has two windows so the little natural light that came in was enough to prevent the light from working during the day.I contacted customer service to see where the light detection sensor was located inside the unit and what it looked like... they answered “we do not recommend taking the unit apart” (gee, thanks for the tip). At $30, I decided to take my chances.I removed the 4 screws on the motion sensor section of the unit. There is a red bulb, motion sensor window and a white bulb inside. By trial and error, I discovered the white bulb is the light sensor. I fully covered this bulb with 3 or 4 layers of duct tape (yes, it took multiple layers) being careful not to touch the motion sensor window. Reinstall the cover and it works 100% of the time day and night.A simple, “we don’t recommend it, but it’s the white bulb inside the motion sensor housing” from customer service would kick my rating up to 5 stars.

Love this product..... so far. I’ve owned a few of these type of solar lights to have them stop working shortly after installing them. This brand is still going strong and has worked beautifully for the 4 months I’ve had it up. It’s bright, charges (as it should) and the motion sensor works as it should. I hope to get a few years out of it at least. So far, so good.

Very happy with these motion lights. We bought two for our backyard. Our yard is about 30 ft deep with a chain fence at the end before decending into a canyon. Because we are on the canyon we get a lot of wildlife including coyotes. It was important that whenever we let our pup out in the backyard the lights would turn on and we could see beyond the fence to make sure there weren’t any coyotes stalking. Very pleased. Works great. Give great and clear light and motion sensor works even with our small dog. I will note that one sensor works much better than the other though. Easy to install and the. Just leave without having to worry about or make adjustments. I was worried the solar wouldn’t work cause that area of the roof only gets sun during a short period of the day, but no concerns at all. One night we had a storm and they stayed on all night because of all the tree movement.

The solar light was easy to install. No electric wires to mess with. What I really liked about this unit was a mounting face plate that you screwed on the wall first and then you could' Snap' the light unit onto it. If you need to make adjustments on the flood light unit, just pull up a small distance to take it off the face plate, make adjustments then just as easy, snap it back to the face plate again. It also came with a 20 ' length cord with was an advantage for my particular situation . It gives ample lighting. It also has a dial to turn to increase or decrease the timer. Most lighting units have just 3 times it will stay lite. This unit can give you more choices to have it stay on. Pretty cool. Price was right. Very rapid delivery. I choose the'LePower' brand because I have another unit and it has performed well for the last 2 years.

This led light is pretty bright. My family and friends always complaining about how dark my stairs are. Not anymore. Lights are bright and motion detection works great. My mom doesn’t need to bring her phone to see the stairs.

Got this for a part of our house that is always dark. Installed in about 10 minutes and has been great ever since. Even when our dog goes by it, it lights up and makes everything much brighter. Happy with the purchase.

Wow is all i can say. I had other brands from big box stores and the value doesnt compare to these LePower lights. At 1000 lumens, they are plenty bright...lights up my whole backyard. The sensor sensitivity is easily adjustable defining how far it detects movement before it turns on. You can also adjust how long it stays on before it shuts off....also to note is that if you are just hanging outside and trigger the light, it will stay on for you as long as you are moving a little bit and walking around...like if you are letting your dogs out to go potty. Some tips...dont tilt the sensor too far down or it wont detect movement until something is moving near it. Installation was easy. Four holes for the miuntimf brack for the light and two holes for mounting the solar panel. If you are doing any predrilling for the solar panel, like if you had to drill into brick or concrete blocks, you will have to remove the solar panel from the ball mount first by removing the 3 small screws from the ball cover, drill in the ball mount to the wall, then reattach the panel to the ball mount. Instructions are not as thorough as they could be. Also, the manual doesnt do a good job at explaining what the three modes do, Off is self explainatory, Auto turns the light on only at night and only when it senses motion, for the duration you set the dial. ON turns the lights on when it gets dark and STAYS on until it runs out of power or when it starts to get light again. For most people, the Auto is what you are looking for. You shouldnt buy this if you want this thing to stay on at night, it can do it, but its not gonna stay on all night for you. The quality and build is on par with more expensive brands. I will definitely buy more of Lepowers products.

This light is made entirely of plastic. Is is very lightweight. Not sure if it will hold up over time. Has a cheap feel. Easy to install. The instruction book included shows how to replace the rechargeable batteries inside. I'm guessing they probably will last a year. Not sure. Light comes with 2 year warranty. The light put off by this unit is mediocre, a cool color temperature (bluish light). It's okay if you have nothing, but if you need, or are used to a dual floodlight conventional light, this will be approximately 1/3 as bright. Should this unit fail, I will replace with a more substantial metal unit. The fact that I didn't have to hardwire in a light is the reason I bought this.

A vista se ve bien , tiene buenos empaques para evitar el ingreso de agua al sistema , pero el sensor de deteccion de movimiento esta algo inestable , a veces detecta y otras no; tiene buena iluminacion para un lugar pequeño, para mi jardín no es lo que esperaba, pero es bueno y cumple con su función
