Choies Women's Burgundy/Black Bowknot High Waist Hi-Lo Party Skater Skirt

I purchased the burgundy and the black, I was wanting to wear which ever looked best to a wedding I had to attend. The burgundy color isn't as deep as pictured, but I thought that the black was perfect and spot on. I am 5'6" about 145 lbs. I wear size 6-9 in jeans and size 4-6 (sometimes an 8) in dresses. After reading the reviews I ordered a size 10 skirt in both colors. The black runs smaller than the burgundy, but they both fit (the black just fit better). I hope that this review helps. I got A LOT of compliments on my outfit...no one would have guessed that my skirt was $6.60. I am always pretty pleased with Choies though!

This skirt is as pictured. I'm 5'3 and 150 pounds. I had to squeeze into the Large skirt...but I made it work. I received so many compliments on my outfit.

This skirt fit as expected for me because I went with what other reviewers were saying and bought up a size. The fabric is not super thick but NOT thin and cheap looking. It falls nicely and has a very nice sheen and color. It is a little bit shiny, so you have to want that. I washed mine in a laundry bag in a front loader in cold water. I hung it to dry, and it has a few wrinkles that will need to be steamed or ironed out. I liked the length because it wasn't too high or too low. The flow from high to low is very flattering. I like the fullness. The bow comes sewn down in a very odd manner. I used a seam ripper to carefully unhook it so that I could tie it in a normal fashion. It is considered slightly formal or dressy for my world - but the right top and shoes can take it from very formal to playful outing.

Love this skirt. I feel amazing in this skirt. I am 5'2 170 lbs. I ordered an XL. It's a tad bit too big but I think the L would be too tight. I love the flair effect. It's thick and has a liner inside as well. Although I didn't care for the now as it comes, so I turned it into a knot.My heels are 5 inches. I love that you can see them perfectly and I don't have to worry about stepping on the back of the skirt. Length is long enough to get the effect I was looking for.I love how it matches with the shirt (Medium) RUIGO Women's Sexy Deep V-neck Bawting Tight Bodysuit Jumpsuit One Piece Leotard. Brought here also. Together it look great. Same exactly material.

I ordered a size 4 and had to return it for being too snug. When I shop normally, I float between a 2 and a 4.The 6 fit well and it will still expand if I choose to wear it to a dinner. ;)The expansion in the waist is not much, so don't bank of that, when in doubt order a size up.I also wore a small tutu under to achieve more of a lift like the model has. The skirt alone, I felt, didn't achieve the poof and left me feeling more bloated/chubby looking. lolAll this considered, I was wearing this to a company Christmas party, so I kept it simple and elegant. I paired it with a white crochet overlay and bright white tank and black studded pumps. I received so many compliments!

I bought this skirt for my work Christmas party. I was unsure about it at first and almost returned it. I ended up wearing the skirt and I got a TON compliments! After reading the reviews I sized up 2 sizes and it was just a tad too big. I wish I would have ordered one size up. But it was still fine because there’s elastic in the waste. I and 5’5 135lbs and usually wear a 4/6. Ordered a 10.

After reading the reviews, I purchased a size larger (I bought a size 8) but definetly didn't have to. I like the high-wasted look and the skirt kind of sits right below my hips. The material is beautiful and silk but needs to be ironed before wearing it. I couldn't figure out the bow thing in front so kind of just knotted it (the skirt came without the bow being fastened) I absolutely love it and will be purchasing the black skirt in a size smaller

I do like it. It is a very cute skirt. The fabric and drape are nice. That being said. It is cut very small. It doesn't stretch as much as the manufacturer claims. They claim up to five inches. I would say it stretches about two inches. There is supposed to be a bow at the waist. That is unlike any bow I have ever seen. More like a useless tie that just sits there and looks awkward. Other than that it is a very cute skirt.
