handled it fine but it took a truck to move it
This is the cart I was looking for, even though I abuse it in every way possible. It lives outside parked behind a shed. No roof, out in the wind, rain, snow, and mud. It doesn't even have a name although it has probably earned one by now. What will it carry? More than you can load on it, and I've tried. Dirt? doesn't even notice. A large generator? no problem. As many rocks (like big ones) as you can stack on it? sure, but you'll need a lawn tractor to move it. A pallet of cement? handled it fine but it took a truck to move it. So yeah, it will handle whatever you can throw on it. Operator error is another issue separate from the function of this cart.Your mileage may vary but the side rails are useless. They just get in the way of loading/unloading. And if you are driving fast enough to need the rails, see operator error. Fortunately, they pop off/on fairly easily.

Fantastic- but handle cap not mentioned in instructions!
For ease of assembly, I give Gorilla Carts 5 stars. It takes me less than 30 minutes top put them together. It goes really fast with the right tools. I use two socket sets. This cart has one nut that is bigger than my sockets. For that I used an adjustable ratcheting wrench. The cart weighs almost as much as I do and I am a 66 y/o female. This is my third Gorilla Cart in less than a month.I bought the GOR800-COM first. It is quite small but I use it for my hydraulic pump that runs a hydraulic chute.Next I bought the GOR1201B which is probably the best all around size. This cart is a lot bigger than the ones we've seen in years past.It is stable, but heavy. It pulls easily on flat ground. Be aware that it is really heavy trying to maneuver it while in the box.****There is a black plastic cap that should be on the end of the handle. Mine fell off during shipping. At first glance, I thought is was for shipping purposes- to protect the end of the handle- nope! I checked the Gorilla site and watched their assembly video. Low and behold- you could see the cap, but no particular attention paid to it in the video and nothing about it in the manual. It is very rigid plastic ( or something that feels like plastic). It seems to be there to protect the handle from wiggling from side to side in the yoke. One review mentioned a bad weld on the handle. It could be that this cap was meant to alleviate the problem. As most people have said, this is a brute with a million possibilities. It is much larger than what I was used to and the extra large wheels are great. I do hope Gorilla Carts will offer no-flat tires in the future.I have assembled my share of garden wagons. They always took a lot of time and were frustrating. The hardware comes in a numbered blister pack making it so simple to put together. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more.

Great cart...but concerned about paint/coating chipping from light use.
This cart is amazing on many fronts...versatile, sturdy, feels heavy duty. Overall I am extremely satisfied with it!A few cons to point out:It rolls easily, but it is fairly heavy. Pulling around the yard, no problem...pulling up hill, and you are pulling a bit more weight with this one. So carefully consider how you are going to use it. Not saying it is impossible to pull up hill, but if you are tugging it around slopes a lot, you might want to consider whether you need something this heavy duty or not. If you are towing this being a mower/lawn tractor, this doesn't apply obviously (which is how I am using it).IF you are towing it behind a lawn tractor, it is awesome and incredibly versatile. However, one bit of downside is that backing up with it is a bit tedious. The reason is the front wheels/axles pivot, so the entire unit doesn't move as a whole. I am a old pro at backing up trailers, etc...this thing is a bit of a pain to back up when attached to a lawn tractor. It unhooks quick enough for maneuvering...but if you are going to be using it in such a way that you are backing up a lot with it, you might want to find a single axle cart or one with a pair of fixed axles.Otherwise, I love this thing...it is five stars other than the aforementioned cons.Update: 7/24/2018So, I am going to take off a star...downgrading from 4 stars to 3 stars...some paint/coating flecked off on the cross bar that runs across the bottom/middle (you can see it in the pic). The paint that peeled off was within a couple of the diamonds in the diamond patterned grate bottom, on the cross bar, so not even in direct contact necessarily with cargo. Not sure how it even came to fleck off, as all I have used it for is to haul things like groceries or home goods up a hill to our cottage. Where the paint chipped, it is now rusting. Hasn't rusted through to a point where it is going to affect the integrity, but I am just disappointed that the paint chipped off so easily, in a place that really doesn't even come in direct contact with any of the cargo. I still think this is a great cart, but downgrading it to a mere "its ok" rating. If you were going to use this for anything involving more rough usage, I would be a bit worried.

Great cart and highly recommend
Great cart. I need portable power so I purchased a generator on Amazon that weights 160 lbs and bolted it to the cart. I'm a farmer and I'm also going to put a 20 gallon air compressor on it also. It will help when doing fencing. Very strong wagon well built and easy assembly. Some said it seemed to top heavy but the wheel width is the same as the cart width. I pull it behind my working golf cart and its very stable and pulls great. Rolls easy by hand also.
