Nice jump rope! I love this vibrant orange color lol😏 I really like their wired one coz it's light but at the same time not easy to tangle up!! Definitely recommend! I read thru the reviews and saw some bad reviews bc they didn't know how to adjust it.So here it is ****HOW TO ADJUST CORRECTLY****You should open it from the round end part of the handle. It's very easy, just use your nail to pop it. And follow my pictures you will have no problem to get the length you want and enjoy your work out!:)

I wish I would have tried this sooner so I could return it. The adjustable length is nice, and it's a decent quality rope, hence the 2 stars. However, it is impossible to jumprope with this! It doesn't have a mechanism to keep the rope from twisting, so maybe 30 seconds into jumproping, it is completely twisted and tangled and impossible to keep going! Wanted to like it, but I can't jumprope with it!

The jump rope does the job, kinda. I should’ve gotten a wire one. I got this to use for CrossFit, thinking it would be heavy enough for double unders, but not hurt as much as wife when I accidentally whip myself with it.. boy was I wrong. Hurts just as much, but also tangles more than a wire one would. I don’t want to complain too much because the weight is nice and it was super inexpensive, but it is annoying to have to continuously untangle it.

Solid jump rope for the price. No complaints so far. I really like the feel of the handles. The carrying pouch it came in is basically just a clear, cheap ziplock bag but I didn't expect much in that area.Also, it IS adjustable -- you can pop the top off of the handles with a fingernail and adjust the black slider to get the length of rope you want.

I got this jump rope and tried it out and really liked the weight of it but something about it just wasn’t working for me. So I set it aside for a few days and then finally took the time out to adjust it. Sorry I waited several days to do it because I adjusted my rope in less than a minute. It is completely easy to do and will take less than a minute for pretty much anyone. I like how they had how to adjust it in their photos as well as in their description. So if you follow that you will really like this rope. Not everyone will need to adjust it but it is a really nice feature for people that are shorter in stature because having it the right length takes it to the next level (for me anyway). Because I found that I was tripping over the rope constantly before I finally adjusted it. I am enjoying this rope very much and I am using it in the morning for a few minutes every day to get my blood pumping . All in all a nice rope and you can’t beat the price .

Good rope for the price. Been using it everyday for past 6 months and it's holding up just fine. Like the synthetic material the rope is constructed of, glides right off the floor when it makes contact. The handles are lightweight & have the foam which helps for grip.My only complaint is that the rope material does just not want to lose the creases from being folded up for shipment. I hang it from a door when not in use and after all these months it's still sort of crinkled. For that I will have to deduct a star. But for the price, it's a great value.

This IS adjustable. You just pop one of the end caps off of the handles and adjust it. Very light weight and great for a workout or just for fun!

Very hard to adjust the length to kiddie size. Bought it for my first grader and he was so disappointed that length was not fully adjustable. The rope is very light weight so not feeling like a good quality over all. Should have gone to a local sports store with my 7 dollars.
