This product is awesome, no cramps ,must drink at least a glass of water when i take the pill to work the right away otherwise seems its not as effective.

I have a really bad problem with constipation, but if I overdo products it's not pretty! This isn't a cure-all, but it helps a great deal and it's natural, which is what I like to use.

Not helpful at all.

My husband is 84 years old and nothing else seemed to help him in the bathroom. He takes 2 of these capsules every other day and they really help him. No side effects. We always have several bottles on hand. Sometimes the good old herbal remedies work better than the chemicals that sit on the drugstore shelves!
