This is a gorgeous watch which was purchased for dress wear. I just reread all about it and no where does it state that this watch must be worn at least 8 hours a day to charge it. So it's now a daily wear watch. Just be aware of this "feature."Edit: My husband said that if this watch isn't worn daily, it can be wound a whole bunch of times, and this apparently charges it. Other reviews do mention changing the battery after a year or so, and they don't mention having to wear it to charge it. So I don't know, it's confusing.

It was not broke

Would have been an ok watch for the price, however, the date and day of the week indicator do not work. You have to manually set them each morning. No Bueno. The tool included to remove links is total garbage and broke in the first link, leaving the pin from the tool stuck in the band. Jeweler wanted 50 bucks to fix it and told me honestly if this watch isn't sentimental, to toss it and go to Walmart if I've only got 40 to spend. Well. He was correct. Sadly. I'm returning this.

This was a gift for a friend and he loves it

The media could not be loaded.  This was a deal for under $20. It's not a leading brand but it's a sharp looking watch and the contrast between gold and blue is stunning. Luminous hands and dots are a plus.

The only real downside is the battery died after a year plus of daily wear. I could t figure out a way to replace it, either. (Plastic casement around the clockwork kind of made it impossible? I’m also clumsy.) Over time some of the brass finish wore off, but I loved the hell out of this watch and will probably buy a replacement shortly.

It is a nice watch for the money, though the band isn't the quality I was hoping for. It is still a very wearable watch and a good value.

This handsome wristwatch looks good on and probably performs well, but the day and date windows are very small and hard to read without very close viewing.

The links were extremely difficult to remove, and the link removal tool broke in the process. The watch itself works well so far.
