My first unit started out well but then quit. Had no problems in getting a new one, just lost a few days work. Was using this to get a lot of rich content videos off of my phone prior to being at my desktop. Worked real well but had a couple of files that did not work as well and the screen that advises of the problem is in Chinese. Once I figured that out, I left those files in phone till later.Was in process of going from an Android tablet to an Apple and the multiple contacts have made that very easy. Now I am using it to store music and videos for traveling, workouts, etc so that it is not using my i-phones memory. I can plug my unit into my i-phone with the 'fire' contact and turn around and use it in my car as my 'carpod' with the USB contact.

Downloading the app was fine. Better instructions needed to use device. Had to use You tube to figure out how to download

This worked well for backing up my photos.On my computer, it doesn't automatically locate all my photos and videos so I had to drag and drop, but was easy.

This is a very good product to backup photo and video for iPhone. Very easy to use with large capacity (256GB) for storage. Apps is good and fast transfer of photos between my phone and the storage device.————————————————————This is my update review for the product. Everything seems perfect for this product and I can rate it five star at the beginning. Unfortunately I have to update it to a one star product. It is a high capacity product with good apps to control for this product. I test it out with transferring a small amount of data on the first few use of the product. It work perfectly but when my wife try to do a full backup from the phone this product crash and the apps cannot even control the product. In the apps when I press the button to switch from the phone to this external storage the apps will exit without showing the content of the product. At the end of a few try the apps state that product is not connect to the phone even it is plug in to the lighting port. I even try to connect this device to my PC when it is not working with the phone and for whatever reason there is tons of unknown folder show up from this device with different languages and date. None of the folder can be access and it seems to me that the storage devise has been previously use to create all that folders. Since the device is no longer useable with the phone I have returned the product.

I am so pleased with this product, it was simple to install and use. Upon plug in its ask if you wish to install the app, once installed open the app and you see the additional storage. This is a mighty plus for my Apple IPAD that I have which is limited to 32GB storage space. It is always at capacity when I need to update the IOS. This long awaited additional storage is easy to carry and use!! An excellent source for those extra files and data that are sensitive or prefer not to upload to ICloudA very big plus for Apple products that have minimum storage space.I have used it to play music, pdf, and text files on both my iPhone XR and my IPAD

I thought using this product will let me cut and paste pics but it doesnt. After you export the pics you have to go back in and delete the originals.

It took a bit of work to get it setup but after seems to work very well. Very fast transfer speed.

Second one that I received, first one was defective. But new one was sent out over night.Looking forward to using it.
