We got this to help our 4-year-old stay seated at the dinner table, he tends to be a jumping bean. The size is great, the weight seems just right, and it does seem to help him stay more grounded when sitting. It's also nice and soft, so he snuggles with it in bed too, lol.

I used this lap blanket when I traveled a few weeks ago. It was the perfect size. My grandson likes to use it also since it is small and not a full blanket.

I purchased this to send to school with my first-grade daughter who has ADHD. Her teacher reports that it is very helpful, and she uses it to help keep her body calm when she needs to sit still for anything.
