Great massage roller! It was a little smaller than I thought it would be but it does a great job on sore shoulder and neck muscles, as well as working out a cramp in your calf muscle. Nice weight to the steel roller ball minimizes the effort you have to put into it. Way more effective than plastic roller balls!

This is great for massaging my neck, and trying to work out some knots that I have in my shoulders. However, the actual roller ball is metal, and it is always super cold when I put it on my neck, which is vaguely unpleasant. Functionality is perfect, but I wish I would have gotten a model with a different material of roller ball.

Im a triathlete that travels a lot for work and this roller is PERFECT! It can fit in my carry on and is great after a hard workout or triathlon. I definitely recommend it!

I love this I just wish it was electric, I bought this for my RA foot pain and it’s great but I feel if it was electric it would hit certain spots better and help more with what my needs are for it.

I keep this roller in my car. I do a lot of driving. The roller helps my neck from getting stiff. I roll my neck and shoulders. It's amazing how a little run up and down the shoulders and neck gets the blood flowing and revitalizes me Nice feel to the roller and easy to handle. I would like to get one that has a longer handle so I can do up and down my back as well.
