Amazing customer service!
I ordered this vest on a Sunday for an event for my daughter the following Saturday. The shipping information said it would arrive by the Tuesday following the event, which obviously wouldn't work. I emailed the company explaining the situation and offered to pay extra for expedited shipping. They responded within a couple of hours to let me know that they had already prepared my order for shipping and it would arrive in time. Another email shortly after provided tracking information. Sure enough, we had it on Friday.The vest fits perfectly and is everything she needs while being comfortable and affordable. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service and highly recommend this company.
