I waited 24 hrs for a response and didn’t get one. Disappointed in the customer service to say the least. Very disappointed in the condition the skates are in and checked twice to see if I accidentally purchased used ones and I did not. Laced them up and that lace fell apart... noticed the whole seam is coming apart, the other skate has a gouge and stain.

I usually don’t buy shoes/skates on line since they aren’t comfortable but my local sports store was sold out of skates so I took a chance in these and I’m very happy with them. I do have to get the sharpened before I use them but they are very comfortable. They run true to size. Great quality for the price.

These skates are nice looking and the price was low. They are a bit bulky and stiff and do not come sharpened. They will definitely take some breaking in. Having loops to lace them with rather than actual metal eyelets makes lacing them tightly enough difficult. I hope they'll soften up and break down a little with time. I also find the sizing to run a little large, more in width than in length.

I was using skates from 15 years ago, these are very padded and comfortable. Was hard to find skates under $100 so i felt these were a great deal!

Great value for the price! I've been skating weekly for 5 months and they've held up beautifully. Breaking them is in quick (true to size) and I've had no problems. The offer minimal ankle support so only 4 stars because I can feel the ankle support getting weaker. Just tie them tighter around the ankle and no problems tho.

I purchased a size 2 for my 10 year old who wears or 1 or 2 in most shoes. They were small for her, but a perfect fit for her little sister who is in a size 13 in most shoes. Quality looks great.

Youth sizing does not match Adult size.The size 4.5 is the same length as a Big Kid size 3.

Great value. I had these sharpened and took them out the other day. Im not an expert but they seemed to work exactly as I would expect. For an expert they may be a bit stiff but foe the price they did what I needed.

These are the only comfort skates with a figure skate blade I’ve managed to find for my size 12 WOMENS very wide feet. These skates are like slippers, it hardly feels like your skating! I’m so happy with these skates. They work great, they do not come sharpened so you will have to have them sharpened.
